Samantha and Amelia’s sniffles continued today, but they had no problem giggling, smiling, and playing, as well as having their normal appetites back. Onward and upward! I spent the day re-sanitizing everything I sanitized yesterday. I really do have a problem.
Back in July, the girls’ favorite high school senior, Marisa, sent Samantha and Amelia these awesome onesies she picked up while studying at Boston University over the summer.
Future Harvard Freshmen.
Harvard Law.
Harvard Med.
Veritas.
“Mulberry Street and Psychosis: Dr. Seuss Deconstructed.” A Thesis by Samantha and Amelia.
Someday, on the girls’ first day at Harvard, I would love to take a picture of them holding this photo!
So much more interesting in Spanish.
Timber!
GET OUT OF THE WAY, AMELIA. I’M ANALYZING THE COLOR SCHEME AND ITS THEMATIC IMPLICATIONS IN GOOD NIGHT MOON.
Smack!
Thanks, Marisa, for giving the girls a little keepsake from their dream school to help keep them motivated! In the words of Elle Woods, “What? Like it’s hard?”
Lots of love,
There's an old joke along these lines:
Mrs Bernstein is walking in the park with her two young grandchildren when she meets a neighbor who exclaims "oh what beautiful children! How old are they?"
Mrs Bernstein replies "The doctor is three and the lawyer is five."
Haha, I guess it's never too early to start molding their futures!
